Cynthia Hall Ashby, PT/Owner
Cindy is a graduate of the University of Texas Health Science Center at Dallas and has been practicing physical therapy in Texas for more than 30 years. She is an experienced educator in physical therapy pertaining to the spine, women's health and childbirth. Cindy's continuing education has included special emphasis on manual therapy techniques, including osteopathic manipulation and certification as a Graston Technique® clinician.

Mendy Bush, PT
Mendy is a graduate of Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center and has been practicing physical therapy in the North Dallas area for more than 20 years. She is focused on outpatient care with an emphasis on the spine, extremities, pregnancy, and postpartum. Mendy's continuing education has included special emphasis on manual therapy techniques, including osteopathic manipulation and certification as a Graston Technique® clinician.

Judy Richardson, Office Manager
Judy is the Office Manager of Core Specialized Physical Therapy. She has worked in this role since Core opened and brings valuable experience to the clinic with her nursing background and administrative skills. She handles all office concerns including verifying insurance benefits, patient scheduling and billing.
